Q. I am a little unsure about what my partner may say towards me doing this programme, any suggestions?

I get this question a lot! I would show them my website, Facebook Page and YouTube Channel which will help them get to know me a bit more and also the videos of my Breakthroughers success stories. This programme could also be the opportunity for positive change for both parties so maybe you can encourage them to join you in this change. I would be more than happy to speak with them and answer any objections they may have. On your own it is much harder work, we tend to walk around with blinkers on and can’t see what is holding us back. It takes someone else who is detached from the situation to be able to truly see what the root of the issue is. The Programme is designed to help you develop good habits and be able to use these techniques for life, not just for a couple of weeks. What would take you years to learn on your own, you will achieve in 12 weeks.
